Zero Buffalo originally formed in 1994 as a 2-piece project with Jason Champion and the late Barry LaMountain. This is the 3rd time the music and formation of this project has been brought to the public.
Jason Champion
Guitar & Vocals
Founding member, singer-songwriter, and producer. Jason picked up singing and songwriting in the early 90s. His writing-style is heavily influenced by the alt-rock from that era and reflective in his songs. Some of those biggest musical Influences include bands such as Toad the Wet Sprocket, Dada, and Alice in Chains.
Warren McCallum
Bass
Warren has been playing, performing, and producing music with Jason since about 2011. They were both in Autumn's Amber throughout its 8 year journey. Warren's influences include anything from Porcupine Tree, Led Zeppelin, and Fleetwood Mac. His bass style spans across rhythm and melody and stands out as a prominent instrument, not just some added low-end. His bass wants to be heard.
Colin Drake
Drums
With his background in teaching music, influences in classical guitar, experience playing in a metal band, understanding of theory, excellent dynamic range, and broad musical knowledge, he has proven to be a perfect addition to the band. Colin not only brings the beat, but he brings a fresh perspective to the writing ideas.
Andrew Cisneros
Guitar
The newest member, also a guitar teacher, Andrew brings a diverse sound with his skill and vibe on electric guitar. Andrew is a very passionate player. He has dedicated his life to a continuous expansion of music knowledge. Some of his main influences are The Beatles, Cream, BB King, and John Scofield.
